Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity for work-life balance. You will have the freedom to choose between 4x10 or 5x8 work shift options, all while working within the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy or counseling sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments by gathering social, personal, environmental, and health-related information through clinical interviews.

• Evaluate and diagnose clinical problems, developing tailored treatment plans that accommodate individual needs and preferences.

• Coordinate and plan effective programs and activities that address clients' social and emotional well-being.
\n
• Facilitate mental health cases, focusing on short-term crisis interventions and providing referrals to community resources when necessary.

• Build trusting relationships with clients, establishing an environment of mutual respect, acceptance, and understanding.

• Monitor and document ongoing treatment effectiveness, adapting strategies as needed based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, ensuring compliance with established protocols and best practices in case documentation.

• Be open to undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications\n
