Sales Development Representative

Who We’re Looking For: Success in this role comes down to consistency, resilience, and the ability to communicate with confidence. You’ll be on the phone a lot, and your ability to stay focused, take feedback, and make small improvements every day will determine how fast you grow. You’ll succeed here if you: Communicate clearly Stay positive through setbacks Are motivated by measurable progress and results What You’ll Do: As a Sales Development Representative, during your first 12 months, you’ll: Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to targeted companies. Use scripts, call sheets, and training materials to deliver strong value-based messaging. Identify company decision makers and quickly build rapport. Set qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. Track outreach activity, call notes, and meeting conversions on our sales platform. Work closely with leadership to refine communication, objection handling, and call strategy. Participate in regular training sessions focused on sales skills, mindset, and performance. Hit and exceed weekly metrics including calls made, connections, and meetings booked. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to stay composed and positive through rejection Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls each day Coachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to improvement Reliable daily work ethic and follow-through Motivated by measurable progress, goals, and earning potential Your first 12 months will focus on mastering the fundamentals as a Sales Development Representative. From there, strong performers move directly into the Account Executive role, where you’ll run discovery calls, manage client relationships, and close new business. As we continue to grow, top AEs step into senior roles with increased responsibility, ownership, and earning potential.
