Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that articulate each client's therapeutic goals, and regularly monitor progress towards these goals through ongoing assessment.

• Guide clients in building effective coping strategies and essential life skills to navigate everyday challenges, significantly improving their mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated and holistic care for your clients, including regular consultations with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals.

• Maintain detailed, confidential, and compliant client records in accordance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations, ensuring quality and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
