Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health therapy services to a diverse clientele through evidence-based practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to understand their needs and challenges.

• Implementing tailored therapeutic interventions based on the unique needs of each client, complying with the highest standards of care.

• Actively participating in case management duties by collaborating with a range of local professionals and community programs to ensure that each patient receives holistic support.

• Documenting care plans and communicating effectively with other team members during rounds and meetings, ensuring streamlined interdisciplinary coordination of care.

• Employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methodologies along with other evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals.

• Maintaining high ethical standards and timeliness in documentation, ensuring all patient records are accurate and up-to-date in accordance with departmental expectations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a wide age range, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges. You will work with patients requiring varying levels of support, from those struggling with mild anxiety to individuals dealing with complex psychological disorders. Understanding and adapting to the diverse backgrounds and needs of our clientele is critical in providing effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• A valid state license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
