Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored, strengths-based treatment plans.

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused approaches.

• Coordinating interdisciplinary care with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medi-Cal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring that client records reflect the highest level of care.

• Participating in ongoing clinical training and supervision sessions to continuously enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California.
