This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice. You will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, manage client interactions, and maintain communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions in a virtual setting as per the scheduled program, ensuring that each session meets the therapeutic needs of your clients.

• Collaboratively design and implement personalized treatment and discharge plans that address the unique circumstances and mental health needs of each client.

• Maintain regular contact—at least once a week—with family members, caregivers, and referral sources to provide updates and ensure a comprehensive support system for your clients.

• Engage in and contribute to Quality Improvement task groups, participating in the development of best practices and program improvements.

• Participate actively in ongoing training, supervision meetings, and staff interface meetings to foster professional development and ensure the delivery of quality care.

• Maintain accurate and thorough client records, meeting all licensing standards and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Our patient population consists of individuals and families seeking support through challenging times. As a mental health counselor, you will tailor your counseling approaches and techniques to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for exploration and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field (e.g., MA in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work).

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating an ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and telehealth platforms.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with multiple ongoing cases, while maintaining a self-directed approach to your workload.

Compensation and Benefits\n
