Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and therapy requirements.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and current therapeutic methodologies.

• Maintain a warm, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment during each session to encourage client openness and healing.

• Continuously monitor and review the effectiveness of treatment interventions, making necessary adjustments to optimize client progress.

• Refer clients to additional mental health providers or resources as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

• Utilize diverse counseling techniques to address a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts.

In this role, you will work with a varied client base, including adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
