Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing complex mental health issues, often alongside chronic medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Your ability to empathize with patients and understand their unique challenges will be crucial to delivering effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Strong foundation in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills that foster trust and rapport with patients.

• Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with patients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in multidisciplinary teams and possess a strong understanding of telehealth delivery models. Previous exposure to integrated care models and familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
