Overview Assistant Project Manager | Silicon Valley | Luxury Residential Construction We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of custom homes and estate renovations across the San Francisco Bay Area. Our client is a respected general contractor specializing in custom homes, estate renovations and architecturally significant residences. The company is known for exceptional craftsmanship, collaborative partnerships and long-standing relationships with homeowners, architects and design professionals. You'll work alongside experienced construction leaders on some of Northern California's most prestigious residential projects. Responsibilities The Assistant Project Manager will support all phases of construction by coordinating project documentation, procurement, scheduling, subcontractors, budgets and field operations while helping deliver complex custom residential projects. Qualifications 4+ years of experience on $20M+ custom homes with an established GC Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Compensation includes a base salary of $120,000-$165,000, comprehensive benefits, a company vehicle, fuel card, FastTrak, PTO and opportunities for long-term career growth.
