You will work closely with school personnel, offering your clinical insights and gaining direct access to students and their families. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students to identify their mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, adapting your approach to cater to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and standards to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in regular collaboration with an exceptional multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational professionals to enhance the quality and efficacy of care.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings that contribute to the continuous improvement of therapeutic practices and patient outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and support to students and their families regarding mental health challenges and available community services that can assist them.

• Commit to keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health research, integrating new knowledge into your clinical practice to continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and more. You will empower these young individuals and their families by creating a safe and supportive environment where they can communicate openly about their mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably within a school or educational setting.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with a diverse student population and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
