Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a secure telehealth platform to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual or family.

• Apply various therapeutic methodologies such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systemic therapy principles during sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with Nevada licensure standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and clinical team members to coordinate care that best serves our clients' needs.

Qualifications\n

• An active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Nevada is required. Interstate licensure is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
