Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health and substance abuse issues to determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing treatment planning and adjustments based on client's progress and feedback.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and promoting a safe environment for open communication and healing.

• Perform prior authorization reviews and concurrent reviews for behavioral health to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and appropriateness of care.

• Analyze data related to client outcomes to improve service delivery and promote high-quality care for our clients.
\n
• Educate clients, their families, and healthcare providers about the mental health and substance abuse utilization review process.
\n
• Collaborate with medical directors and leadership to enhance the quality and efficiency of care delivered.
\n
• Participate in case staffing and integrated rounds by formulating and presenting cases to the clinical team.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
