Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations in a virtual setting to determine the specific mental health needs of each patient.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, healthcare team members, families, and other stakeholders to monitor and report on individual progress in therapy.

• Prepare and maintain a tentative appointment schedule and ensure timely coordination of home visit plans when necessary for further evaluation.

• Implement therapeutic interventions and ensure that treatment plans are effectively executed according to established protocols.

• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to contribute insights and collaborate on patient care strategies.

• Document and complete detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes to track the effectiveness of patient therapies and plans.
\n
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure staff members are proficient in program implementation and documentation processes.
\n
• Provide follow-up interactions through interviews and virtual home visits as needed to ensure continuous support for clients.

• Serve as a liaison within the mental health community to enhance community support programs and initiatives.

• Assist in the development of training materials to advance the efficacy of our programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse range of patients, including both adults seeking individual counseling and youths in need of family or crisis intervention. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical context.

• Proven expertise in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desired.

• Strong understanding of the ethical and legal standards governing mental health practices.
