Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a dynamic caseload of clients, developing strong, trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, discuss therapeutic goals, and coordinate follow-up appointments or facilitate discharge as needed.

• Keep comprehensive and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in Texas, with no restrictions on practice.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, with compensation structured through a Fee-for-Service model. Our clinicians receive guaranteed rates, ensuring payment ahead of collections with no wait for reimbursements.
