Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality virtual therapy sessions to clients coping with various mental health challenges associated with terminal illnesses, grief, and existential distress.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to tailor personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to facilitate emotional healing and resilience building.
\n
• Regularly collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to integrate social work services into overall patient care.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment progress accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.

• Actively participating in team meetings, case discussions, and training opportunities to continuously enhance your professional skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily serving a diverse range of adult clients, including those from minority and underserved communities, as they navigate the complexities of chronic illnesses and end-of-life challenges. Your sensitivity and understanding of the unique needs of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as men’s mental health issues, will greatly benefit your therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active LCSW license to practice in the State of Nevada.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in settings where you have provided psychotherapy to adults aged 18 and older.

• Professional malpractice insurance to safeguard your practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
