Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their specific needs and backgrounds.

• Maintain clear communication with medical professionals to report on client progress, address their needs, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Document clinical and progress notes accurately and promptly, adhering to the organizational policies to ensure quality care and compliance.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic counseling for clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques and modalities.

• Guide clients through their discharge planning process, coordinating with various providers to ensure a smooth transition to continued care or community resources.

• Engage with clients’ family members or support systems to discuss treatment updates and discharge plans, fostering a holistic approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Clarity Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role will involve understanding the unique dynamics that affect couples and families, tailoring treatment approaches that facilitate healing and growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• A valid LMFT license to practice in California.
