Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting through our telehealth platform, allowing for effective client engagement in a comfortable environment. Our work structure supports clinicians in maintaining a manageable caseload while promoting work-life balance and personal well-being, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Comprehensive Client Assessment: Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including ongoing treatment plan reviews, diagnostic assessments, and session notes in accordance with Diamondback Health Center's policies.

• Establishing Therapeutic Relationships: Engage with a diverse range of clients—families, couples, children, and adolescents—using a client-centered approach that promotes trust and safety.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals, case managers, school officials, and family members to coordinate effective treatment strategies and ensure holistic care.

• Innovative Interventions: Employ creative therapeutic techniques to empower clients in reaching their personal and familial goals.

• Client Caseload Management: Sustain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring adaptive flexibility to meet client scheduling needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will actively engage with a variety of patient demographics, including individuals navigating addiction recovery, couples seeking to enhance their relationships, families addressing systemic issues, and adolescents in need of support. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, promoting resilience, and encouraging healing within familial structures.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Experience with mental health documentation, including treatment plans and clinical case notes.

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing therapeutic sessions with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas and treatment plans clearly.

• Exhibit stable, appropriate boundaries within therapeutic relationships and demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice.

• A willingness and ability to undergo a background check prior to employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
