Work Environment\n

This role operates within a fully remote outpatient setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. Our flexible work structure is designed to accommodate client needs, with a standard working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Some schedule adjustments may be necessary to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices. Design personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.

• Apply various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in individual and group therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to optimize client care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical practice and improve treatment approaches.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources available for additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals seeking help for various mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding and application of solution-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate within a treatment team.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills in designing treatment plans and navigating client challenges.
