Work Environment\n

This full-time LMFT position operates in a primarily remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while delivering outpatient care. Our newly designed modern offices are also available for in-person meetings and sessions as needed, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, addressing a variety of mental health issues.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to effectively treat challenges such as relationship conflicts, job stress, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to ensure therapeutic goals are met.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate mental healthcare with physical health services for a holistic approach to wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents. You will be responsible for treating a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
