Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand each client's mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to meet clients' unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and creating immediate action plans.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
