Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Grateful Guidance, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. Your clinical expertise will help clients navigate their unique challenges and develop the necessary skills for coping and recovery. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a proven ability to conduct therapy with a variety of conditions.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and culturally sensitive practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, demonstrating poise and effectiveness in high-stress situations.

• Competence in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
