Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic treatment models such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques during individual and group counseling sessions.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high standards of care and adherence to best practices.
\n
• Develop and implement comprehensive cross-system treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals and community resources to optimize patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough assessments including Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on DSM V diagnosis standards.

• Effectively respond to crisis situations with immediate assessment of patient needs, intervention strategies, and coordination of necessary services for individuals in distress.

• Provide training and educational support on clinical topics for team members, staff, and community partners to enhance overall service delivery.
\n
• Manage a diverse caseload of patients with varied mental health issues, ensuring timely documentation and effective communication within electronic medical record systems.

Qualifications\n

• Demonstrated ability to handle a large caseload effectively while working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
