Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and complex emotional disorders, conducting therapeutic sessions both in-person and via telehealth strategies.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to set and advance shared goals for client care and treatment pathways.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including brief, evidence-based screenings, to gauge client needs and risks effectively.

• Create and implement tailored care plans that integrate various service providers while ensuring continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing acute distress, including developing safety plans and emergency response protocols.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, ensuring therapy sessions align with their needs and requested services.

• Document clinical notes and treatment plans in accordance with professional standards and organizational protocols, ensuring timely data submission.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery, participating in quality improvement committees to refine protocols and enhance patient care.

This includes those diagnosed with severe emotional disorders or major mental illnesses, requiring a compassionate and comprehensive approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience may also be considered.

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a caseload while prioritizing client needs effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
