You will need a good internet connection and a computer capable of running video conferencing software, allowing seamless client interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality clinical services through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to meet client needs.

• Develop and implement personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that each plan addresses specific mental health goals.

• Conduct continuous assessments of clients’ treatment needs, adjusting approaches as required to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

• Assist clients in developing essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills through structured skill-building sessions and direct guidance.

• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access to ensure comprehensive support, including housing, employment, and health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We focus on clients aged 18 and older who may be experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other conditions that impact their ability to maintain community stability and independence. Your work will primarily involve helping these individuals navigate their challenges while promoting their strengths and abilities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure to practice as a mental health professional in California, including one of the following: LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to work independently and provide solo therapy without requiring supervision.
\n
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and maintaining digital documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing direct clinical services to adults in a mental health setting.

• Familiarity with the challenges faced by clients with mental health disorders and the community resources available for their support.

• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a genuine empathetic nature conducive to building rapport with clients.

• Computer literacy, including proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic medical records systems.

• A reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted therapy sessions and client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
