Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns, enabling you to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and intervention strategies.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing best practice methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches that align with each client's unique needs.

• Deliver acute crisis intervention for clients experiencing immediate emotional distress, offering timely support and stabilization during critical moments.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client record keeping, including treatment updates and progress notes, while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards pertaining to patient care.

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and treatment strategies to enhance the holistic care provided to each client.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
