Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop comprehensive treatment plans and keep detailed progress notes and documentation.

• Manage a diverse caseload that includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other psychological challenges.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to conduct psychological assessments, identify intervention strategies, and collaborate with patients’ families to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Address crisis situations skillfully, employing therapeutic interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Develop educational and supportive programs, equipping patients and their families with necessary resources and tools for improved mental health.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to reflect the evolving needs of patients to foster continuous improvement in mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults, adolescents, and families grappling with various mental health conditions, promoting tailored therapeutic interventions that address their specific concerns. Your expertise will lead to better mental health outcomes for both individuals and families experiencing challenges, fostering resilience and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience incorporating trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
