Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Addressing a wide variety of psychological and behavioral issues, including but not limited to:

• Conflict resolution among family members and adjusting to life transitions such as separation and divorce.

• Providing guidance for blended families, assisting with communication difficulties, and tackling job-related stressors that impact family dynamics.

• Documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans in accordance with clinical best practices and organizational protocols.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
