Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive intake and psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Design and present well-structured treatment plans during team meetings for review and collective input.
\n
• Engage in clinical case conferences, providing insights and strategies to enhance patient care quality.
\n
• Conduct educational lectures focusing on chemical dependency, aimed at increasing awareness and understanding among clients.
\n
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to chemical dependency, employing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions for adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family groups, as appropriate, to enhance supportive relationships.
\n
• Deliver case management services, coordinating resources and referrals to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients struggling with chemical dependency and related mental health issues. You will be working with a diverse population that may include adolescents and families dealing with addiction challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required for this position.

• Current LICSW licensure in the state of Washington is essential.

• At least two (2) years of relevant supervised experience in addiction medicine therapies within the last five (5) years.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital health tools will be advantageous.

• Prior exposure to multidisciplinary team settings is highly desirable.

• A background in family therapy practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
