Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will work from the comfort of your home while remaining closely connected with our outpatient office team. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs flexibly. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological status while considering the impact of their medical conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on patients experiencing a range of co-occurring mental and medical conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to address the mental health needs of individuals facing co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to foster positive relationships with patients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Adherence to ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and patient confidentiality protocols.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications to track patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
