Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use issues, assessing for co-occurring disorders and understanding client histories and their specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, empowering them through personalized and evidence-based treatment. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LPC/MHSP, or LMFT in Tennessee.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Strong understanding of the interactions between mental health and substance use disorders, with a passion for treating individuals holistically.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor is required, experience working specifically with co-occurring disorders and a history of implementing integrated treatment approaches is highly desired. Familiarity with digital health platforms and teletherapy practices can also be an asset in this remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
