Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that account for the interplay between patients' medical conditions and their mental health.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that holistically address both psychological and physical health needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, demonstrating expertise in managing mental health emergencies effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.
