Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services primarily cater to veterans and their families, many of whom present with complex needs including co-occurring medical and mental health issues. This role requires a deep sensitivity to the experiences of veterans and a commitment to addressing their specific mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience working with individuals facing both mental health and medical challenges.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Understanding of ethical boundaries and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and trust.

• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records is a necessity for effective documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for new hires.
