You are willing to make difficult decisions, but you also know how to develop people, earn trust, retain strong employees, and build teams that perform without constant executive intervention. You take responsibility for results. You do not wait until the end of a project to identify a problem that should have been recognized months earlier. Most importantly, you want the authority and opportunity to build a construction operation that reflects your experience, standards, and leadership.
