We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a busy HR team with a short-term project. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience helping with open enrollment and administrative duties in HR.

Details

• Duration: Approximately 6-12 weeks
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Work Environment: Business casual office setting

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist with employment verification requests
• Audit and organize personnel files
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team
• Respond to basic employee questions (benefits, policies, open enrollment, etc.)
• Support reporting and data tracking within Excel and HR systems

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Comfortable learning new tasks with minimal training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
