We're hiring a Human Resources Associate to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on recruiting and onboarding. This is an onsite position in Tulsa, OK.
What You'll Do- Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, resume review, and interview scheduling
- Support hiring managers across multiple departments and maintain active candidate pipelines
- Assist with offer letters and pre-employment steps
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain employee data in Workday and support onboarding, benefits, and employee changes
- Run HR reports and assist with tracking metrics and data accuracy
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
- Support employee relations matters and promote a professional workplace environment
- Assist with compliance, audits, personnel files, and benefits administration
- 2+ years of HR experience, recruiting focus preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar (required)
- Hands-on experience with Workday or ADP Workforce Now required
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple departments
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar)
