Although the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, periodic in-office meetings may be scheduled to enhance team collaboration and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using diagnostic interviews and psychometric tools to develop individualized treatment plans targeted to meet each patient's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among participants to enhance their mental health resilience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care and communicate effectively regarding treatment updates and progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, fostering an informed approach to their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay abreast of current mental health practices and research findings.

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is mandatory.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
