As a full-time professional in our Detox Center, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals undergoing treatment for substance use disorders. This position offers a flexible remote working environment, allowing you to support clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining professional standards and quality of care. You will collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish therapeutic routines and enhance the care environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks that directly impact patient care and recovery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify the counseling needs of your clients.
\n
• Utilizing the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to assess clients for substance use diagnoses and determine the appropriate level of care following ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) guidelines.

• Developing comprehensive substance abuse counseling components for clients' treatment plans that address their unique challenges and needs.
\n
• Creating and executing discharge and continuity of care plans to facilitate smooth transitions for clients to the next appropriate levels of care.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions, counseling services, assessments, and follow-ups meticulously in clinical records to ensure compliance and quality of care.
\n
• Maintaining an appropriate client caseload, which includes regular case management and utilization review updates, along with treatment planning and clinical charting.
\n
• Coordinating with clients and their families, providing access to additional support services while accurately recording these interactions.
\n
• Networking and liaising with referral sources, including legal, educational, and employment services, to foster client support systems.
\n
• Implementing timely interventions for crisis-oriented issues, utilizing a multi-disciplinary team approach to respond effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health issues. You will engage with patients in a therapeutic capacity, fostering relationships that empower them to pursue and achieve recovery goals. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current and valid Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of substance use disorders and mental health co-occurrence.
\n
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and therapeutic boundaries while working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Relationship Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
