Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly synchronous therapy sessions via video conferencing, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and consultations, promoting holistic care approaches.
\n
• Monitor client progress through automatically administered symptom assessments, making timely adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.
\n
• Utilize our custom therapist portal for maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, which enhances accountability and transparency in patient care.
\n
• Provide skilled talk therapy for individuals aged 13 and up, as well as couples, utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain the utmost confidentiality to protect client health information.
\n
• Develop comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that align with our commitment to measurement-based care, ensuring you address each client's specific needs effectively.

Qualifications\n
