This position is designed to be performed remotely, offering flexibility while remaining fully integrated within our supportive multidisciplinary team. Our office culture emphasizes collaboration, where you will engage regularly with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care effectively. Our standard work schedule spans Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will specifically support individuals grappling with the complexities of addiction. Our patient population includes diverse backgrounds, ages, and experiences with substance use, all seeking support on their recovery journey. You will not only guide them through therapeutic interventions but also empower them and their families with knowledge and tools to foster lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Solid understanding of substance use disorders, including evidence-based treatment modalities and recovery-oriented care philosophies.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a non-judgmental and empathetic approach with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
