This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. Our office operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs and goals of each patient.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions while also facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational workshops aimed at addressing common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, guiding clients toward effective coping strategies.

Your caseload may include clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. The flexibility of your schedule will allow you to cater to the specific needs of different patient populations, ensuring that each individual receives the tailored support they require.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in the state of Illinois as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proven ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapies with demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
