Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Parkside Psychological Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults across a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to conceptualize patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans that enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, enabling you to practice independently.

Preferred Experience\n

We require a minimum of two to three years of experience in a mental health setting as a primary therapist. Experience working with trauma, attachment, and related behavioral health issues is highly valued. Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and platforms will enhance your application, as will experience engaging with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
