Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions aligned with ethical and professional practices.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Our clinic is dedicated to inclusive practices and welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, including bilingual and multicultural clients. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in Pennsylvania is required.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential for this position.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to clients.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is highly valued.

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms and telehealth technologies, or a willingness to learn and adapt to these tools.

• Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills are critical for success in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
