Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, incorporating patients' medical histories and current conditions to understand their mental well-being comprehensively.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, collaborating closely with other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing complex mental health challenges, including those with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use issues. Your insights and interventions will directly contribute to their comprehensive care, as you help them navigate their mental health and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries with diverse patient populations.

• Demonstrated understanding of the needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and a strong command of relevant technology tools.

Preferred Experience\n
