Key Responsibilities\n

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, offering immediate intervention and support to individuals experiencing acute mental health episodes.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse patient population that often includes individuals with complex needs related to their mental health and co-occurring medical issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in New York State.

• Strong understanding and experience in addressing mental health needs in individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with team members.

• Proficient with electronic health record systems and computer applications, demonstrating comfort with technology in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
