Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work environment, allowing you the freedom to perform your duties from the comfort of your home while also occasionally working from our outpatient office. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust schedules based on patient availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve come from a diverse array of backgrounds and experience a wide range of mental health conditions. As a Mental Health Counselor at Restoring Resilience, you will work with individuals struggling with varying degrees of mental illness, with a special focus on fostering resilience and encouraging recovery through individualized care plans that acknowledge each patient’s unique journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches, particularly evidence-based treatment modalities.

• A proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy to diverse populations, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
