Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will predominantly consist of individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By understanding the complexities of these challenges, you will develop meaningful therapeutic alliances with clients, guiding them through their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering therapy services, preferably via telehealth.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities to effectively balance workload and meet client needs.

• Proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems, with an ability to adapt to evolving tools.
