Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients’ mental health needs and diagnoses, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique challenges.

• Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals, adapting approaches as required based on ongoing assessments.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and ensure that treatment plans are holistic and well-rounded.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for documentation.
