Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate each client’s substance abuse history and mental health needs, ensuring individualized care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate with other treatment team members to provide integrated care, enhancing the effectiveness of the treatment process.

• Educate clients’ families about the recovery process, encouraging their involvement as integral support systems during rehabilitation.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions and treatment progress, in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
