Paragon Behavioral Health Center is seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is centered around providing high-quality mental health services and interventions to assist individuals and families in navigating various mental health challenges. Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still being an integral member of our clinical team. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility possible to meet client needs. You will utilize digital communication tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client documentation and coordinate care seamlessly with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients’ histories, current challenges, and treatment needs.

• Develop personalized and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
\n
• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and peer support groups to foster community engagement and peer recovery.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide integrated patient care.
\n
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive urgent support during times of acute distress.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to foster independence and empowerment.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.

• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and advancements within the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapists at Paragon Behavioral Health Center will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, addressing a vast range of mental health conditions including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• Deep understanding of various mental health disorders and experience with evidence-based treatment approaches.
\n
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and devise effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations and in various settings.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.

• Strong ethical judgment and integrity in maintaining professional boundaries.
\n
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital communication tools.

• A collaborative mindset and readiness to participate within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting, effectively managing a diverse caseload.

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions and frameworks.

• Experience in crisis intervention and mental health emergencies.
\n
• Previous involvement in community outreach efforts or wellness initiatives is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
