Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health statuses through interviews and standardized tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, tailored to address each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions while engaging clients in regular sessions, whether individually or as part of group therapy.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers as necessary, collaborating with psychiatrists and other specialists to enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele comprises a wide spectrum of individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients grappling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, behavioral issues related to substance abuse, and those who are navigating crises. Familiarity with a range of treatment modalities will enable you to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience within a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
